Winter dog sledding adventures with the NWS team of dogs and experienced guides are certain to excite and invigorate nature lovers. Our half and full-day adventures guide you along miles of groomed trails that glide through the beautiful Acadian forest of Carleton County, New Brunswick.
Prices include HST. Early reservation is strongly recommended.
1/2 day dog mushing adventure approx 2.5 hours/ 10 miles on the trail $135. per person
- begins with an intro to dog mushing, equipment and trail map review
- meeting the dogs, harnessing and getting ready
- on the trail, taking time for photos
- back home, unhooking, snacking the dogs
- Hot drink and time to chat (optional ~ but popular!)

Full Day dog mushing adventure approx 4.5 hours/ 20 miles and lunch on the trail $245. per person
- begins with an intro to dog mushing, equipment and trail map review
- meeting the dogs, harnessing and getting ready
- on the trail, taking time for photos
- stopping at lunch location:
- line the dogs out and give them a snack & water
- warm up by an open fire
- eat a lunch of homemade stew or soup, rolls/bread, dessert and hot drinks
(special dietary needs can be considered; please advise when making reservation) - review trail map
- pack up and prep dogs
- back on the trail
- return home, snacking the dogs, photos
- Hot drink and time to chat (optional ~ but popular!)
- NWS donates 5% of the full-day adventure proceeds to DunRoamin Animal Rescue
